When payment is complete and this offer is completely finished, we will delete all personal information.

A: Unfortunately, no. Unless The America PAC (Elon Musk's PAC) provides a way to update referral information, there's no way to change it. You can only submit the petition once. You can click "Fill Out Information" above to submit your petition information to us, and we will attempt verifying it with The America PAC, but I don't know if they will do that.

Submissions that do not meet our verification criteria or are suspectedof being fraudulent will be rejected, without payment.

  • No Affiliations: We are not endorsed by or affiliated with The America PAC or Elon Musk, other than participating in attempting to obtain signatures on the petition.

Eligibility

  • Registered Voters Only: You must be a registered voter in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, or North Carolina.
  • Petition Signing: You must sign the petition supporting the First and Second Amendments.
  • Referral Information: You must list getfreedombonus@gmail.com in the referral box in your petition submission.
  • No Corrections: If you forget to include our email or enter it incorrectly, we do not expect The America PAC to provide you with a way to update the referral information after signing the petition. Double-check you include it and spell it correctly before submitting!
  • One Entry Per Person: Each individual may participate only once.
  • Compliance With The America PAC's Terms and Conditions: You must follow any terms and conditions or requirements that The America PAC has on its petition.

Payment Details

  • Compensation Amount: You will receive $10 for successfully completing the above steps.
  • Contingency: Your receiving the payment is contingent upon us receiving compensation from The America PAC for your referral.
  • Proration Clause: If we receive compensation for fewer referrals than the number of participants, we reserve the right to reduce your payment proportionally.

Verification Process

  • Proof of Submission: You must take a screenshot of the petition filled out before submitting. You must take a screenshot of the confirmation page that the petition has been submitted. You must upload both of these screenshots above.
  • Voter Registration: We may verify your voter registration status to ensure eligibility.
  • Anti-Fraud: If in our sole discretion we decide your submission is fraudulent or does not comply with our or The America PAC's terms and conditions, you will not be paid.

Federal and State Laws

  • Legal Restrictions: If federal or your state's laws prohibit compensation for signing this petition, we cannot provide the $10 payment.
  • Alternative Donation: In such cases, we will donate $5 to a local food bank in your state and $5 to the Institute for Justice on your behalf.
  • Donation Restrictions: If federal or your state's laws prohibit these donations, no compensation or donation will be made.

Payment Methods

Changes to Terms

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms or this program at any time without prior notice.

Legalese

  • Jurisdiction: You agree that Michigan's laws apply to this opportunity and that only Michigan has jurisdiction over any disputes.
  • Agreement Not to Sue: In consideration of the opportunity and expectation to receive payment, you agree to waive your rights to file or participate in a lawsuit (including a class, collective, or private action, or any other type.) You will be paid unless we do not get paid, we determine you made fraudulent submissions, or federal or your state's laws prohibit us from paying you.
